The Ko’olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation (KEAC) was founded as a non-profit, 501(c)3. corporation in 1996. KEAC’s mission is to work with the business and community members to create programs for school to college and career success.
The 3 yr old after-school club teaches how to use the camera as a fun, creative learning tool.
Last year Kahuku Film Club interviewed & filmed their elders, the keepers of the knowledge, in Hawaiian called Kupuna. Also presenting on the theme “Step Into Your Greatness” to the audience of about 200 were Miss Hawaii Jalee Fuselier, artist and entertainer Kap Tafiti, and entrepreneur and motivational speaker Setema Gali.
